Even though many organizations have started sustainability efforts today, the number of organizations that carry out these efforts in the long term with a comprehensive strategy is still low. Sustainability efforts can only be long-term and yield both reputational and productivity benefits for organizations, and can only be carried out effectively, if there are sustainability strategies and policies integrated into the organization's core mission and strategies. Making sustainability efforts more efficient, and sustainable, is only possible by determining comprehensive sustainability strategies.

By conducting workshops, meetings, one to one interviews, document and process reviews, we draw realistic and feasible long-term strategies and policies in line with the main mission of the organization, involving all corporate units, employees, and other stakeholders. After the senior management approval, we create roadmaps to ensure that the strategies and policies that include all economic, environmental, and social processes are known by the entire organization and the necessary planning is made and integrated into all processes in line with these strategies.

We conduct a situation analysis, and sector and/or peer comparison by using international standards and determine progress strategies for economic, environmental, and social areas for companies that have just started their sustainability journeys or want to progress in this way.
